My handsome husband whom I will call Lovey :) surprised me with the greatest Mothers Day present.  He pulled up with me a new bike, a double trailer to pull behind me and my sweet 2 year old her very own big girl bike.  We have had so many fun rides and made some great memories already on our fun bike rides.  He truly has made all me dreams come true.  Thank you Lovey!! I love summer! I love the sun, the smells, the family Barbecues,  and of course playing outside with my little ladies.  There is never a dull moment here in our house.  My baby is going to turn 1, I cant even believe it where has time gone? It seems like just yesterday I was holding her in my arms and holding her while she sleeps.  Now she has the most contagious smile and squeals you cant look at her face light up without yours lighting up as well.  She is probably one of the most stubborn babies I have ever seen but I wouldn't take her any other way.  I don't know what every one else does for fun but we love park hopping...let me explain, we started it a few months ago when we learned how much my 2 year old LOVES parks I mean LOVES them which I am not complaining who doesn't love a good fast slide and swings that make you feel like your swinging to the sky. (oh to be little again) So we figured why not just stop and fun random parks as we going places its the cheapest form of entertainment and we are making some wonderful memories. Speaking or memories,  I am planning my one year olds Birthday party and we are doing candy land because that girls will NEVER pass up a treat so if anybody has some 'sweet' ideas please feel free to share I am always up for hearing what other people do and think!

Can I just tell you how much I love a new fresh start.  I love a new year, a new month, a new week, and even a new day, so naturally I am beyond ecstatic that its a new month.  It gets pretty crazy with a 2 year old and an 8 month old and then trying to squeeze time in for the hubby and me when he gets home from work but today I decided that is a new day to try to balance everything a little bit better, be in the sun more and make sure I stop and enjoy the little things in life I also think I am going to try to be a runner so any motivation tips to get keep that going would be so greatly appreciated. With swimsuit season just around the corner and camping trips I figured its time for me to buckle down so I can eat as many s'mores as I want come summer without hiding behind the camping hoodie.
March here is beyond crazy at our house we have 7 Birthdays to celebrate which mean 7 awesome birthday parties. For those of you who know me I live for a good party especially Birthdays! here birthdays are just as big as Christmas! 7 cakes and 7 good reasons to get together with family and friends. This year my mother and Father in law have requested for me to make the birthday cakes so naturally I immediately started thinking of amazingly delicious cakes.  I am not the biggest cake fan I would much rather have a pie or brownies but my White Chocolate cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting I just cant pass up.  I will make sure to post it as soon as I make it later on this month.  My father in law is a bigger of chocolate that me if that is even possible so I think for him I am going to make my famous chocolate lava cakes.  No joke folks they are pretty insanely delicious and definitely worth the extra calories (they are one reason I need to start running again).

Orange Rolls!

Welcome to my blog! Here I hope to share my love for baking, my family and everything in between! for my first post I thought that I would share one of my families favorite treats.... Orange rolls.  These rolls are seriously the best rolls I have EVER had yep you heard me right I said EVER! Whenever I make these rolls we eat the whole pan by ourselves and we don't even feel guilty about it that is how worth it they are.  I only make them twice a year once on Easter Morning because lets be honest what is better than a nice soft warm orange roll with orange frosting melting everywhere and Easter Egg hunts? and then on Conference Sunday.   Of course one of my favorite little ladies is always in the kitchen helping me create fun new treats.  She is pretty picky when it comes to food especially sweets so whenever I can make something that she loves and asks for more that is when I know I am winning.
